#Professional voice cloning stuck in processing for over two months, now cancelled

Hi, I don't even know what to do anymore. Over two months ago, I uploaded recordings for the pro voice cloning and after over a two months delay, now it's cancelled.

Can you please explain why this has happened? Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to wait another two months to get the voice cloned, I have a project that requires this specific one and it's stuck waiting...
