We are a radio content production studio. And we are starting to set up our project using your api.
I've recorded my voice several times. However, above 300 characters it transforms my voice into Brazilian instead of continuing with Portuguese from Portugal. How can I resolve this please?

I have been struggling with this for a couple of months now.
Don't really know why they advertise that they have "European" Portuguese if in reallity all portuguese defaults do brazilian... Even from PTPT cloned voices, that spoke in PTPT and have no brazilian accent...

The guidelines generally say to use a voice that is cloned speaking the language you want the AI to speak. Don't generate text that is too long in a single chunk. Use the Project's feature as that is specifically made for long form content that is longer than a few hundred characters and does tend to mitigate some of these issues in general and is more stable. Create a professional voice clone if needed.

Yes, I've done that but it stays the same. As the two languages are very identical, IA keeps jumping from Brazil to Portugal
