I have a couple hundred hours of professionally mastered audiobooks that I've recorded. I think instead of recording new audio for a PVC I'll just go through a few hours of my audiobooks, snip out any character voices I did in different tones/styles, and use that. Will be a lot easier/faster than recording from the ground up, and that way the style of the PVC will match the audiobooks I've already recorded. Is this a bad idea for any reason?
