Hi, I have been having this issue for around a week now. Everytime I download the text to speech audio the file seems to be corrupted. It says zero kb for file size. When I go to upload the file to my video editor there is no sound and it says it’s 1 second long, when I go to upload new files it says it all ready exists. Please help me

Hi! Very sorry to hear this. Could you provide some more information? Does this happen on all browsers and devices? What are you using currently? Does it happen with Speech Synthesis and Projects both? If you download multiple files from the history by clicking the checkbox on the left side, does it download the zip file correctly?

Can you send me one of those files that you download?

Also, does this happen on your iPhone AND your Mac computer?

Hi! Thank you for the reply ! It happens on my Mac and my iPhone. I am on my iPhone currently. I have not tried speech to speech just text to speech. I am unsure on the last question

I deleted some but the new files I downloaded 10 minutes ago are still corrupt after I updated my phone.

And download via history does not work?

Since you are on phone, I would try it on your Mac as if you download multiple files, it will zip them and I'm not sure if you can open those files.
