I have been a member for over 6 months and use elevenlabs daily for work. Please help

I'm assuming you are using the free plan is that right? If it is true then most likely you have no other option than to subscribe to one of the paid tiers as your IP address has been flagged for violating the terms and conditions. This usually happens if you try and create multiple free accounds from the same IP address.
