Converted about 15 projects and they all have random noises/sounds in the middle of the audio

Do I not get character refunds?

Unfortunately, not automatically. You can reach out to support with audio files showing the issues, and they will most likely be more than happy to issue a one-time character reimbursement. However, this is regrettably an issue with all generative AI which we are working on, but until it has been solved, it will occasionally keep happening.

Of course, you will not need to regenerate all projects; only the paragraph where the issue occurred, or if you can remove them manually in an audio editor of your choice after generating. If it happens very often, there might be an issue with the voice you are using.
