The project I have been working on daily is gone. It says I need to subscribe. I am subscribed, but it's not showing up on the Subscription tab. Please help!

Please try updating the website using Ctrl + Shft + F5.

This does not appear to have any effect. I see a note in the top right browser "error"

I had someone else have the same issue, and they, for whatever reason, said that they resolved it by resetting their password. I would not recommend it as the first solution.
