Are the voices available in the community "Voice Library" cleared for public or commercial use per the terms? I just want to make sure what's on here is fair use. I'm on a paid plan....
from Help Center:
"The paid plans all include a commercial license. Provided you have the necessary intellectual property rights in the Content you Generate with our Services and the content doesn't break any laws or our Terms of Service, you may use this Generated Content for commercial purposes and without attribution. You can read more about the specifics in our Terms of Service."
and from the terms of service:
Our Voice Library License is:
worldwide, which means it’s valid anywhere in the world
non-exclusive, which means you can license Your Content to others
royalty-free, which means there are no monetary fees for this license
non-transferable, which means that you cannot sell, lease, or sublicense Content made available through the Voice Library.
revocable, which means ElevenLabs reserves the right to withdraw this license at any time and for any reason.
