Sometimes it can take up 24h for the bank payment, Stripe, and ElevenLabs to sync up.
If everything is in order, meaning the invoice is paid, the money has been deducted, and nothing else is blocking, the only thing to do is wait.
You might also be able to activate usage-based billing.
oh ok is there anything that can be done to get the quota partially replenished? or is it an automated system? I dont see how we possibly used 100,000 characters last month and never before being that last month was a slow animation month on our app
