Hello, I'm trying to the EL Project manager to download a full chapter. I'm using the "convert" in the upper right hand corner and downloading the chapter however it's only downloading a few of the lines. Any assistance with this would be super appreciated. I'm not short on credits and all the characters have already been rendered.

Do you have ACX normalization on and is downloading to a Mac and playing on something like QuickTime?

Hello, just seeing this. I did have ACX normalization on and was downloading to PC and then dragging it into davinci resolve.

Oh, so DaVinic might also be effected, interesting. Try turning ACX off in the settings, converting the file again (should say 0), and downloading the latest version.
