@whole locust what plan do you have?

#

Okay, so you had 100k as part of your subscription, and adding 111k to it makes it 211k total credits right?

#

Sorry, just trynna understand the math here

#

Okay. The math checks out. So what's the issue exactly?

#

It decreased to 160,000? Mind sending a screenshot?

#

Okay so basically, the 111k gift credits were given to be used up just like the characters that come with the plan - all within one month before the next reset. But I’m wondering why the plan reset gave you 160k characters instead of the 100k that is supposed to come with Creator.

#

I mean that’s lucky because I don’t think anyone else gets those 60k extra, unless they’re planning on increasing the amount of credits in each plan

#

Before you had the 5$ plan?

#

No no, don’t need a screenshot.

#

Anyway, 160k characters is an amount that I don’t think any permutation or combination of plan upgrades would get you.

#

Unless they’re changing the plans characters in the back end and haven’t released them on the website yet

#

This is a very unique situation

#

@faint trail your thoughts?

#

Hmm, not sure why that would be happening. Let’s wait for someone from the staff to get back on this

#

Just to summarise the issue for the staff members (and feel free to correct me if I’m wrong): You had a creator plan last month (100k credits) and you got the 111k characters gift which brings the total to 211k. Now you say you had used 11k of those until yesterday, where you had 200k left. But when your plan reset (either today or yesterday: you tell me), your characters reset to 160k. Which is unusual (but lucky for you) because it was supposed to reset to 100k.

#

Alright, thanks. Anyway, just to let you know, credits from one month don’t roll over to the next month. So if you have some characters left and your plan resets, it won’t be added to next months total quota of characters. You’ll have the reset character quota of whatever your plan states. For example, now you have the creator plan = 100k characters. Let’s say you only use 70k characters in the 30 days and have 30k characters left- they will not be added to your next months balance. When the subscription resets (and you are charged again) your characters will reset back to 100k - not 130k.
