#clone voice not appearing in https://api.elevenlabs.io/v1/voices

I cannot find our cloned voice in the list of voices available from https://api.elevenlabs.io/v1/voices

And when we try and generate text using text-to-speech and that voice_id it simply returns a different voice.

any ideas?
