Syncro Audio Eleven Labs with Synthesia

Video Synthesia sincro. Hi I am using Synthesia and I have clone my voice with Eleven labs. I have a syncro problem with audio or video. If I copy my synthesia script in in ElevenLab with my voice, the rithm of voice is different and I need to use a manual tool (camtasia) to syncronize my video with my clone voice. It is very time consuming. Do you suggest any alterntive please?
