Icarus - Can't seem to connect - running can't find in Steam Favorite Gamer Servers

I tried to upload in the dedicated location my save : /Icarus/Config/Saved/PlayerData/DedicatedServer/Prospects
In the basic setting, it sees the file and I can
I even tried with a totally new server

I did a verify game file in GPortal then restarting the server
I tried to add the server in my favorite from Steam -> View -> Game servers

I can't seem to find the server anywhere even after multiple minutes waiting after a restart and confirming with logs my server has started.

Did not find any servers at that address

Hello - make sure you use the ip and query port that is provided on the status page beneath 'access'.
