Have done all the typical stuff - I've even waited for over 3 hours now. I've restarted the server multiple times. I've double and triple checked my region and World name to make sure I was in the right spot. Server is still not appearing.

Support has been...useless, to say the least. Got a typical canned response of "Please try waiting 5 minutes and then try re-connecting" - first of all, I can't even SEE the server, and 2nd...I did that. Which I stated in my ticket.

Soooo, I'm tossing out an SOS in hopes maybe someone might have some experience with Dune and it's absurdly complicated servers. 😤

[Edit] Support is restarting the world/battlegroup and told me to wait a half hour or so. So, we'll see what happens.

Still nothing listed. Just tried deleting and re-creating the server, then letting it sit for a while (20ish minutes) - still nothing listed on the server page...

I fixed it by going with xRealm. They're more expensive but my server was up in a matter of minutes and is working great. Gportal is a scam

I normally use Gamingdeluxe, but they didnt have it 🙁

Yeah, I went with Nitrado after the 3rd "we reset XYZ, wait 15 minutes and try again." Terrible.

They refunded it for me at my request. Takes 5-7 business days to show up in your bank.

Don't you just love how they'll take your money instantly, but can't give it back in the same amount of time? lmao
