I was trying to add mods to my game server and now i cant turn it back on. I see that mods are apparently a problem right now so im okay with removing the mods for the time being while you guys work on a fix. But i cant do anything on the dashboard now. Nothing saves, and the server wont restart. Everything results in an error.

Yeah, the only way I could fix this is to delete and reinstall the server. No mods, don't even touch the mods panel or you're boned.

Got a message from gportal via a ticket, they said:
you will need to remove the mod list file from the server:
/ConanSandbox/Mods/modlist.txt
I was able to do that and restart successfully. Hopefully they figure their stuff out with funcom.

Support will ask you if they can take a particular action to resolve it, and you say yes, and then they forget all about you. no acknowledgement, no "we're working on it" nothing. just crickets
