Hello, I am trying to add a friend as admin from the Gportal website. But as I add his username from Gportal it says user not found. Please help

Sometimes it helps when both parties fill out the form of personal info completely.
Also, both have to be on the same kind of account (it should say either INT or EU at the bottom left)
If that isn't doing the trick, support might help.
