Almost very day, there is some issue with Gportal which prevents me from fully playing the game. Issues such as not being able to access the Overland Map, private server not starting, unable to enter the Deep Desert, and other issues are making me not want to play on a GPortal server. Their support just give you canned messages that really do not address the issues.

For instance, today I was unable to access the Deep Desert. After submitting a ticket, I was told that they refreshed the connection to the Battle Group's Deep desert and to restart my server. After listening to them, my server is stuck at starting and I am unable to log into it.

Hey there, first of all, sorry to hear your frustration and even if I do understand that, this is still a Case for the official Support.
So everything you did was already correct. 🙂
I know how feel and tbh, here we can discuss about that but in the end, the Server lies in the hands of GPORTAL and their Support and Develepment and by a big part in the Hands of Funcom.

With that said, I would love to give you THE answer that would solve your problems with the starting, but in fact, this is not possible. The only ones that can check the Server for issues is the Support.

So basically I am paying for a service that I cannot use and there is nothing that can be done to resolve the issues of GPORTAL being a poor service?

After following the directions given by official support, I can no longer play the game since the server is stuck loading. We have paid for the server and have not been able to play reliably for over a week due to issues almost every single day.

Is it possible to transfer player from a GPORTAL private server to another hosting company's private server?

Did you contact them after your server was stuck in Loading?

Yes, I contacted them. I manage the server as the the owner no longer plays the game. I give them donations to support the server as they are not able to transfer ownership to me. All the sudden, they do not wisht o deal with me and are asking for hte server owneer to create a ticket.

Sadly, I will lose all the time I have invested in this player as I am down with GPORTAL and thier low quality of service. I have spent a total of 1,129 hours in this game with most of them on this private server. I suppose it is time to find something else to spend my money on as GPORTAL is unable to provide thier paying customers a reliable product.

I am so effing done with the crappy support from both GPORTAL and Funcom regarding this game. I was able to overcome the majority of Funcom related issues but after having issues from GPORTAL every day for 8 days is too much. I will never use thier service again.

Again, I do understand your frustration, but I can't help you with that. The only way to sort this out, is the support on the webpage. If they tell you, the owner needs to create the ticket, this is what have to be done. You can ask again if there is anything you can do. The support is the only instance that can help you in this case.
