CAN I CHANGE SERVER REGION IF NOT CAN I REFUND AND BUY THE RIGHT ONE ?

I bought a palworld server from G portal but i selected the wrong region after registration
is it possible for a refund for me to get the right one or am i force to have this europe server instead of the Singapore server i wanted to get.

Any help , I have raised the ticket for the issue
