Hi there, several months ago (Oct 2025) I turned off my server as I was going to be taking a break. I came back today and all my bases have been destroyed - I've lost everything. I was under the impression that if I was to turn off my server, it'd remain safe. Maybe this was bad information - if so, tough luck for me. However, if it was supposed to be safe from decay, is there a way to rollback my private server, say, a month or 2?

If a rented server isnt payed longer savegames etc gets deleted after some time.
If you downloaded the datas you can normally rent another one and transfer your datas to this one
But to be sure i would prefer to ask Support about this.

I continued paying during my away time. Sadly there is nothing support can do for me/my server (just had a reply to my ticket).

understandable, just devastated by this, as I might as well have just stopped paying and willingly lost everything whilst saving a bit of money, aha... 😔
