#Turning off game updates

Hey there, Vintage Story, modded server.
I'm aware that I can turn off auto-restart, but that states the game will update anyway on manual restart / automatic restart.
Since it's a modded server, I'd rather prevent mods breaking mid-playtrough.
I've set the auto-restart for once a month, but I don't want the server to run 24/7 (to not progress days/seasons while noone is playing) and I presume shutting the server down and turning it back on counts as a reset and will result in an eventual game update.
Is there a way to prevent those?

For anyone possibly searching for an answer to the same question in the future - as of today it is unfortunately not an option, but the support forwarded a feature request to the devs.
