Hi, please check the webface overview of your server at GPORTAL to see if your server was able to fully start at all. Because the way you describe it, it sounds very much like your server had a problem starting up.

Please refresh the page once. If the server still appears as online, you should actually be able to join, provided it has fully started. You also have quite a few mods installed, which prolongs the startup process.
