Server wont start. Its paid for. Was manually restarting it and now it wont start back up again.

Oh great. Was working fine but people were saying they couldnt go into hagga map, so they suggested a restart. And now its been down for 2 hours. Won't start back up

Stuck in queue leaving Arakeen. I do not have this issue on a public server. Everytime I cancel and retry leacing, the number ahead of me in the queue increases.
