Im trying to downsize my gamecloud to 5 slots, but its wanting me to choose between 0 and 0, which im pretty sure is mathematically impossible lol

Not only that It's preventing me from extending my servers runtime because it it wants me to choose between 0 and 4 slots but its set to 4 already. Basically because i cannot edit the slot size it will not even let me try to confirm the extension, stopping the whole process. Either way something is messed up.

Do you have an active server with your maximum rented number of slots? If so, all slots are used up and you cannot expand it.

I just noticed that this isn't possible anymore. I'll try to get some information. It used to be so easy... let's see what support says. Please open a ticket too.

I checked with our Gportsl experts. The problem is known and they are working on it diligently.
