Hello - if this is a new server - try to erase it from the gamecloud and get a new one until it has a different ip address. If it's a server you've already played on and value your savegame - please contact support.

Morning! Nope, but thanks for checking. Got this ridiculous message from your support though. They are closing tickets without actually fixing anything. It is an existing server that we've had for a couple years now.
Yeah, ok, so no on the deletion.
Since a lot of ticket seem to be connected to the network issues they are mentioning and the overload of the ticket system, I guess it's understandable to close ticket prematurly.
I think it might all be resolved after the network issues are handled.
Please try to be patient.

Yes, it's all gone. They said the server data was lost and cannot be recovered. But they offered to help you set up a new one and add 14 days to your gamecloud.
ah, yeah, that does suck then. I will reply to them. 14 days aint gonna cut it. did you guys get hit with ransomware or something and can't pay up?
I don't think that's what happened.
My best guess is defective hardware, but I wouldn't for sure without backend access.
Working on getting refunded for the year we just bought now. This place literally has a person named jester doing jester work for them. So sorry jester.
