Hi guys I bought an ark server yesterday and I am unable to find it in the server list in game. I’m trying to play the island, not running any mods and when I just checked the logs it says “shootergame\saved\logs\1.16-16.40.57.crashstack” about 50 times.
This is my first time trying something like this so naturally I have no idea what I’m looking at here

Hey - good thing you activates the logs.
You can try to verify the servers game files under status.
Let me know if the crash stacks keep appearing again after that.

xD Go to the status page in the webinterface on the gportal website.
Scroll down to the bottom.
There should be a greenish button that says "verify game install" (or game files).
Press that button please and see if that works 🙂

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve clicked repair and tried turning it back on, no new log and the server keeps turning itself off and I can’t find it when it does say it’s online 🤔
