Not to log in at least. Main site works for me. "Status" works...and says the title. Trying to log in just times out.

I'm mid US, I can get in the server. Like I can only access it from the dashboard.. (Restart, Shutdown, etc.) But the moment I pull up the panel its just a white screen.

Says my server is online yet it doesn't show in the game or on a tracking site. Sent a ticket and they apologized for the website being down... they didnt even read the ticket.

Yeah, I can't even see if my server is up or not still. "Error Loading Server" on end.
But also, yeah, doesn't show up in the in game server list either. Buddy's server does who's on a different cluster, but not mine.

My webpage for the server is up but its unresponsive. So it saying its up isn't correct. Just tried to restart the server none of the controls are up. I know they had a power outage at the data center earlier but the webpage was also entirely down until about an hour ago. So now its up but doesn't actually do anything for the server.

I can see my Dashboard but that's about it. If I click on my server it times out.

I asked for something similar... some of the individual private servers in my cluster are up. So could they turn mine on since they won't give me the tools to do it myself... canned reply about the webpage again.... think I'm done.
