Is it possible to change game with out requesting a refund? What are the steps I need to take

It's tricky, since you're renting a game cloud. If your other game has the same parameters (payment, equipment, etc.), then I think it's possible. Otherwise, it'll be very difficult. You'll have to ask their support if it's possible anyway.
