Hello, good day. Could someone explain if the message that appears in the image when I press F1 is an error or what it means? I'm unfamiliar with the server; it's the game 7 Days to Die. Thank you in advance for your answers. game pc

This is or is part of the console where errors are shown. If you ever have a critical error it'll open up by itself showing you all critical errors in red writing.
As I am not a developer of this game, I don't know exactly what's wrong there and what exactly smr means or is, but it looks like the game did not load some of the bones of whatever smr is. 3d models, especially when you want something to be able to move, you add in 'bones' to it, for the object being able to have any movement and being able to get animated.
My best guess here is to verify the game files on the server and the client to get rid of this error.
