They told me they have no idea what is going on and escalated. No answers yet and the battlegroup has been down all 24 servers for 20 hours now

I completely understand how frustrating this is, which is why we’ve already reported the issue with Heatshade to our system developers and administrators for further investigation so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Currently, we haven’t received any new updates or an estimated time frame for a resolution. Please check back with us here periodically for any new information or updates.

Can we at least understand the issue? Right now Noone has an answer of any kind as to why this server cluster has been down for 20 hours

Usually, if the downtime is not caused by the user themselves, you#ll get that. But I won't tell you that you do, since I am not support and don't know anything. Sorry 😅

Just extremely disappointed lately with Gportal, normally is my top choice for hosting, since Dune came out it is causing me to rethink it

I never found out the reason why it happened and Noone will tell us

The server is back up, but we still dont have a root cause analysis or any type of information

They just state that the admin team hasn't told them anything

This is only one of many tickets that have been disappointing over the last 6 months

Hm, ok.
Not sure how they usually handle things in the tech area. But I guess there is little time momentarily, due to the holidays and some outages they had to handle during the holidays.

Ok, well, at least the battlegroup is back up and running.
