My wife set up an ark server and now we can’t find it at all? Any help would be appreciated l.

Can you tell me more about that?
Are you both connecting from steam? Or is anyone on epic, geforce or even playstation?
Do you want to play with mods? If so, which?
Have you been changing anything yet? If so, what?
If you're connecting via steam, you can add the server to your favourites and connect from there.
