Looks like we're back to not being able to log in. I guess the system fell over again.
yeah happend about 3-4 hours after me and a friend logged into play

I think this is a bit beyond raising individual tickets. There seems to be a general problem with system instability for the last 24 hours or so. I fully understand this is not something that can be fixed quickly on Xmas day but a note in Announcements to that effect might be a good idea if you don't want to be bombarded with help requests.

I had some outages from the webinterface here as well, but that's working again. Can you try again?

Im still get this
Ok, but you get in and should be able to issue a ticket, right?
Select the game and your server from the dropdowns.
Then pick a header like 'mods don't load'
Then insert as a message sth like:
Hello, my server hasn't been booting up for X days (insert the amount here instead of the x) and there's this error message.
Unable to load
ShooterFame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/
Not connected to 22381
