Hello, I have a server hosted by GPortal on "The Isle," and I no longer have access to it despite the update on December 23, 2025, around 12:30 PM. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible! I have already tried restarting the server many times, and I even created another server to work around the problem, but nothing has worked… even though the developer himself provided a solution… what should I do? Unfortunately, we don't have any helpers for this game.
Please contact support for this. They are there for you 24/7 and usually reply within 1-3 hours, depending on the current ticket volume. Just make sure not to add any new messages after the initial message. That sends the ticket back to the end of the queue.
