Hi I recently bought a 30 day Ark server and experienced a crash when I tried to pick up a friend who had loaded in with my Ptera. The whole server went down and will not restart back up again, I unfortunately did not have back ups as this is the first time I have rented a server so I did not realise the significance. There are 5 mods. Attached is the error I experience when I try to restart the server.

hi, unfortunately no, it took a while for me to be able to access the tickets page

my friend ended up renting another server from elsewhere so im after a refund now
