Abiotic Factor server, currently unable to pay for another month due to circumstances, and I wanted to download the world as a backup before the server became deleted. But I'm unable to access the file manager. I don't know if this is intended or not but I'd like to be able to get the file for our world before it becomes erased.

It doesn't seem like it's letting me access it. Using all the stuff from Filezilla and it's not letting me in. (I'm sorry if this ping isn't appropriate, I just hope I didn't take too long in replying)

Might be due to the suspension that you cannot access.

Support is working 24/7 and replies usually between 1-3 hours, depending on the current ticket volume.
Just make sure to stick to one message. Adding more messages sends the ticket back to the end of the queue.
