I am having some issues when trying to join my server. I had it working fine earlier, logged out and when I've returned later on I am faced with this screen.
What could I be doing wrong?

I think you need to activate the 2 options in your first picture.
Meaning allowing non admins to launch and delete prospects. @harsh kettle
I followed this guide to prevent non-admin users from being able to create/delete saves. I wouldn't imagine this would cause myself not to be able to load up the current save, right?
Its just happened again.
When I created this post I restarted the server and attempted to join the server and it worked fine, save appeared and I was able to join no problem.
Played for a couple of hours and then logged out for a break. I've just went to rejoin and the game save was not here and I was presented with the same image as above, restarted the server and the game save appears as it should.
As long as you're alone on your server and have a password set for no one being able to enter the server, I personally recommend to set the savegame to server lobby. There you can see all your savegames and as long as you allow both of the non admin check boxes you can do whatever you want within the lobby.
But that is as far as I have ever dug into the game.
If you know how to make yourself admin, you can do that and should be able to do all the actions then without the boxes ticked.

Unfortunately not, going around in circles a little. They've suggested its a common issue and that its unrelated to the game, however I can't see that being the case with a server restart fixing the issue consistently?
I believe it may be a language barrier given they're German? Or they're unsure about what the issue is I am describing.
Can you screenshot the convo in here? Maybe I can understand, as a German^^
I do have a password on the server, however removed it for the screenshot.
Could the issue be that I uploaded my local save to the server? So I never actually joined a server and selected the game mode while it has been hosted?
I created a normal game and selected open world, made progress and my friends wanted to join. We decided it would be best to host due to sometimes playing at different times.
I have just gone into the file and had a little look, "SettingValue" is set to 1 however, the advisors last message may corralate to this value? I will test setting it to 2 and let you know if this was a fix.
Ok, so I don't think that there is a misunderstanding from support here.
The savegame you uploaded, has that been an open world savegame as well?
Also, how did you try to connect to the server?
Another question: do you trust your friend enough to let them be able to launch prospects?
I originally created the server as open world, or so I believe. I try rejoin by selecting dedicated servers and then selecting "favourite" which shows my server. Sometimes it will display "server lobby" which I know straight away its not working the way it should and after a restart it shows "Xp farm".
I do yes
Then try the following please:
Set "load savegame" to 'server lobby'. The flip the switch to allow non admins to launch prospects. Save and restart the server.
See if you find your savegame at any time.
This way it should not matter what kind of game you uploaded or started as you should be able to see any kind of it.
I have just tested changing "SettingValue" to 2 and restarted and seems to be working but I am unsure if this was due to the restart which is normally a temp fix. I will do what you have just suggested and let you know if its perm fixed. However, it is 5:42am and I should get some sleep, lol.
