I am extremely frustrated rn. I wanted to start my server up but for some reason it doesnt work, giving me no further info appart "Server not starting contact support". Also I wanted to downgrade my server back to spiggot 1.21.10 after it auto-uppgraded which doesnt seem to work since 1.21.10 version of spiggot no longer exists apparently.

As the message says, please contact support.
We do not have backend access from here to see what might be the problem. Also ask them about the different versions.
