i can't get into my server in game.
i can't restart my server through the g-portal.com website
i can't take down my server through the g-portal.com website
i can't even creat a support ticket through the g-portal.com website
i would love some help considering i'm paying for this service...

Just to troubleshoot:
Make sure to have only one tab open with the gportal website.
Try clearing cache of your browser.
Try another browser.
