Hi G‑Portal Support,

I recently purchased a server to play Astroneer on Xbox, but due to post-MegaTech update bugs, console instability, and repeated crashes, the server became completely unusable. I’ve tried repair, restarts, and everything recommended, but nothing worked.

I would like a full refund for this server. If this cannot be processed, I may have no choice but to escalate the issue (and possibly… turn into a Beyblade out of sheer frustration 😅).
