its a typical minecraft thing. that often solves it self. a few things you can try. Restart server. restart game and pc. restart your modem. or wifi. and also Go into the firewall and allow all the java stuff

we already tried this when the initial error ocurred and that didn't resolve it. After they moved us to a new IP, this was fixed.
