The issue appears only when the server is set on PS4 private. There is no issue when set PS4 public, PS5 public and PS5 private.
I tried everything I could in the settings and nothing appears out of place so there is nothing wrong on my end as far as I can tell.
I have been offered no remedy from technicians here only to say it is a glitch and "I am the only one" with that issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The above weird issue has been resolved. The troubleshooting was made so odd by the fact that it worked fine in PS5 public or private. It only affected ps4 private.
It turns out it was the spectator password that was deleted and having spectator slots at 2.
The remedy was to reinstate the spectator password. So odd. Many thanks to VCR administrator nickle88 for helping us at 10TRC, not sure if he is in this discord site.
