Your server owner has to look into that and if neede make a ticket with support.

Support usually takes 1-3 hours to answer upon tickets, depending on the current ticket volume.
Make sure not to write another message in the ticket once it is submitted. If you do, your ticket will be sent to the end of the waiting line again.
