#Account doesnt exist?/ cant add account

Hello, since I had a similar thread once:
Please logout of gportal.
Close all tabs and browser which have gportal open.
Clear cache of the browser.
Relog into account.
Browse to personal info and have a look at your gportal name. Copy and paste and give that to the server owner.
If that does not work, you'll have to contact techsupport.
