"Hello, I just rented a server, but it restarts every ten or so minutes. I don't know what's wrong, and I can't cancel the automatic update button no matter how many times I click it. Could you please tell me how to solve this? The game I'm playing is Soulmask."

I'm not a pro at your game...but backup every 5 minutes means a restart every 5 minutes in my game...because all files are copied...maybe turn that off.

or set the time below higher every 3600 min or so
