You cannot increase ram, your server already has enough. That's what support told me when I asked the same question.
I can only advise you trying to lower your graphic setting one increment, like from ultra to high. That helps me most of the time.
Fps drops is most of the time a result of to many actors in a game. Try it and let me know if that helped.
