#Dune Awakening - Can't access Deep Desert & Partner Logged out in DD Can't Log In

Game: Dune: Awakening
Server: Amethine Legion
Battlegroup: Redcliff - (PvEvP NA)

Problem: While I am able to log into the game and play within Hagga Basin, any attempt at going to the Deep Desert is met with the error in my first screenshot—wherein it tells me that it is waiting for the server to respond, but it never does. I have waited up to 20 minutes just sitting there, have attempted to enter at different entrance points, and have returned to Hagga Basin, waited a couple hours, and tried again to access the Deep Desert, to the same problem.

Meanwhile, my partner, who logged out in the Deep Desert this morning, is unable to even access the game and cannot get past the server selection screen without getting an error message that states he is "unable to travel to the server."

I seem to be able to travel to Arakeen and Harko and back to Hagga, but simply cannot access the Deep Desert, which is disturbing as the weekly reset looms and we have limited time to remove our assets from the area before losing weeks worth of work.

My second screenshot is of my communinet log, which shows that the last recorded sandstorm that affected our Deep Desert base ended at 8:51 AM EST this morning—which I find highly unlikely and leads me to believe the Deep Desert isn't even being recognized as existing currently.

Issue began: Unsure, sometime between partner logging off at 5:30 AM EST and myself logging in around 12:30 PM EST. We have no mods or any other such things installed (can't with Dune, anyway).

We have restarted the server, but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's definitely not a problem with your server mate, it's the DD and has been happening on a few worlds.

I would suggest opening a ticket with the information you have given here. Discord support won't be back until after the weekend I imagine.

Okay thanks I'll see if he wants to try that (technically he owns the server), I know that if we lose everything out there to the reset Monday it'll be hard to convince him to start over again lol ><

Players on my server is stuck in World map, cannot get in anywhere, just gets this message:

support said they have restarted the overworld server, seems to have fixed this
