I submitted a ticket Saturday and all they said it was they will pass it on to the admins with no ETA on when it will be resolved.
@regal flare is it ok to @you ? Maybe you got more info or could take a look
yeah unfortunately we dont have an ETA for now :/ But compensation is 100% there. Just pls write it into the ticket. It may be though, that you will receive the days back earliest when the issue is solved, so support knows how many days to add 🙂
