they forced out the new update on epic games now everything is broken anybody have the problem? anobody know when it will be fixed?

So epic updated Ark Survival Evolved, right?
And what is the problem now to be exact?
Which version do you you play? Pre:Aquatica or the main branch of the game?
Just in case you installed any mods - epic does not support them - if you delete them from your server and save, you should be fine to connect.

It seems you're not the only one having troubles connecting to your server via epic games.
Please provide the ip and the port, let men know if you installed any mods and if you enabled the pre:aquatica version by any chance.
We can try solving this via screensharing later, if you want to.

The dev team did notice that over the weekend, there was an update pushed to the Epic Games Store that has affected most if not all users on that platform.
The team is actively working on a fix for this with multiple parties as for Epic Games Store, a fix should come soon.
This is the official statement for ark on the epic store. So unfortunately, nothing we can do about it on the end of gportal.
