#Would like to change server location for Project Zomboid

I just purchased a server and selected Dallas, TX as the location. Once I paid and the server was activated, it set the location to EU.

Reading other help posts seem to point to the server needs to be refunded and I have to redo the whole process, is that correct? If so, thats the route I would like to take
