I'm having trouble connecting, but it says "Connection timed out!" Even though it says the server is active and I haven't changed anything! Does anyone have any idea what's going on? The servers are supposed to be moving! However, the server wouldn't be online if they were doing that right now, right? And it says it will only take a few minutes? Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

If your server(s) move, it only takes a maximum of 5 minutes. You'll notice this by the changed IP address. The FTP connection you were using previously won't work either. Have you tried tracing with WinMTR? If not, please check the Gportel website and provide it to support. It's possible that your connection to the server is poor due to problems in the IP network.
